SPCal

SPCal is a spICP-MS and spICP-ToF data processing platform with an easy-to-use GUI. Some features include:

• Native import of Nu Instruments and TOFWERKs data.

• Thresholding using Gaussian, Poisson and Compound-Poisson statistics.

• Recovery of compound-Poisson-lognormal parameters used in thresholding ICP-TOF data.

• Multiple Calibration pathways.

• Compositional filtering and clustering.

• Batch Processing of many files.
